Industrial Training Submission Checklist
- A minimum of 60 days completed.
- Report written according to the Preparation of Industrial Training Report instructions.
- Report spiral bound with the Single Assignment Cover on the front.
- Report endorsed by the supervisor, stating clearly that it contains no confidential information.
- Record of Industrial Training form showing 60 days or more filled in, signed, stamped (if the company does not have a stamp the supervisor's business card can be used) and attached to the report, but not bound.
